Make this reversible pie carrier as a gift or for yourself! Mix fabrics to coordinate perfectly with the kitchen or dining room.
Use holiday fabrics to make this a perfect addition to your Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any event that requires a pie! It’s made as a carrier, but is also handy for laying out as a mat under your pie to catch any crumbs.
Need a hostess or host gift? Make one of these, include a pie, and leave it behind!
The carrier measures 17” x 17” laid flat and will hold an ordinary pie plate or small square baking dish.
The pattern includes both a wholecloth and patchwork version. Because all pieces are rectangular in shape, and easily cut, no templates are included. An acrylic ruler and rotary cutter are recommended.
This project is appropriate for a beginning sewist.
