Lavender ground walnut shells are a wonderful filling to use for pin cushions. The lavender gives your pin cushion a lovely aroma and the weight gives it a solid feeling which will not slide around on your table. The bag has 2 cups volume and will fill most pin cushions. The bag has a zip closure and is heavy clear plastic making it easy to use. Also use walnut shells for: bean bags, bags to microwave for warming sore muscles, sewing tube for ironing seams open. Microwaving a lavender/walnut shell bag smells heavenly.
