DESCRIPTION
The Ixora Quilt by Sandy Saengsuk of Thai Charm LLC was inspired by the Thai ixora flower (pronounced ik-ser-uh). In Thai culture, ixora symbolizes intelligence and good luck, and is often used in Wai Khru ceremonies to honor teachers. This quilt was created out of appreciation for the teachers, family, friends, and quilting community who have shared their knowledge and inspiration along the way. Confident beginner level. Pattern includes instructions for Mini (20" x 20"), Baby (40" x 40"), Throw (60" x 60"), and Bed (80" x 80") sizes.
