DESCRIPTION
This iron-on vinyl from Callie Del® is fusible on one side, flexible, and has a matte finish.
• Use to make your project UV resistant and water repellant.
• Good for placemats, zipper bags, lunch bags, tote bags, aprons, chair seat covers and crafts.
• Sewing machine friendly. A non-stick foot or roller foot is suggested for best use.
Use Instructions:
1. For best results, prewash your fabrics without fabric softener to achieve the best bond with the vinyl. Test on a scrap piece from your project before adhering to the rest.
2. Preheat iron to medium heat – NO STEAM – and protect your work surface to avoid getting fusible on your ironing board.
3. Peel vinyl from protective paper, saving the paper. Place vinyl, sticky side down on the right side of your material. Top with protective paper, waxed side down to protect the vinyl for ironing.
4. Do not touch iron directly to vinyl. Press and hold iron on the protective paper for 8 seconds. Repeat until entire surface has been heated.
5. Allow to cool before continuing to assemble your project.
6. For double sided vinyl projects, adhere sticky side of vinyl to the remaining side of material and repeat steps 3 – 5.
