DESCRIPTION
A traditionally pieced lap quilt using low volume fat eights or fat quarters and a 3 yard cut of ombre fabric. The pattern directs you to cut the ombre fabric into lengthwise sections and then cut the light, medium and dark sections into units for the quilt. This really lends movement to the quilt and gives your customers another clever way to use those ombre fabrics. The low volumes just make the ombre stand out but really lends interest to the quilt instead of just using one background fabric. The finished quilt measures 60" x 78". Pattern is based on two different blocks set to create a secondary pattern. No borders or sashing so really quick and simple to kit up. Step-by-step directions written for the confident beginner.
