DESCRIPTION
Eight comfy Autumn designs to embroider, prettily set within a border of falling leaves. This puts a little bit different spin on a traditional fall quilt with it's abundance of low volume space so you can do some fun quilted embellishing too! So, let's gather colorful leaves, pick some fragrant apples, sip hot apple cider… and stitch an Autumn quilt!
The quilt measures 60 1/2" x 73 1/2".

¿ yard white muslin to back stitcheries
1 yard light print for inner border, middle border, and stitchery borders
1 ¼ yard large print for outer border
¿ yard each of 6 light prints for piecing
¿ yard of one light print for piecing
½ yard each of 3 dark orange prints for snowball block corners, leaves, and binding
¿ yard each of 4 orange, tan, taupe prints for leaves
4 yards quilt backing
Binding is included with orange prints and is pieced using all of them
01 or 005 brown Pigma pen
light box for tracing your embroidery patterns
Artist’s paper blending stumps
Emery board/nail file
Size 4 round watercolor brush
Jacquard Textile #100 Colorless Extender
Freezer paper (for placing under fabric when applying fixative)
Embroidery hoop (I like a 5” thin-sided, spring tension hoop)
#7 embroidery needle
Loctite Fun-Tak Mounting Putty (for removing most pencil tinting mistakes before fixative is added)
